Advent day 21:
There are NO quick fixes to fitness. Just hard work & commitment. You get out what you put in. A little like owning a pet!

Christmas Advent Day 20:
Using the following five exercises, perform 50 of each exercise in turn, then 40, then 30, 20 and finally 10 reps. If this is too advanced for you, try starting at a lower figure e.g. 30 reps per exercise.
Squats
Press ups
Kettlebell swings (12-16kg) (or mountain climbers if you've no KB's)
“W” sits
Resistance band lateral raises
Go as fast as you can resting only when necessary but make sure you do all the repetitions for each exercise before moving on

12 Days of Christmas'

1 BW clean and jerk
2 Goblet squats
3 Knees to Elbows
4 Jump Squats
5 Pull ups
6 KB swings
7 Burpees
8 Leg Raises
9 Dumbell bicep curls
10 Renegade rows
11 Calories Rowed
12 KB thrusters

Explanation: This works just as the 12 days of Christmas song goes.
On the first day of Christmas, my true love gave to me....

1 Body weight clean and jerk!
2, 1...
3, 2, 1...
4, 3, 2, 1...
12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7....all the way to 1. TIME!
