It works your glutes, hamstrings, calves, lower back, and core.
As a unilateral exercise, it's great for evening out any muscular imbalances on the two sides
It can help improve balance and stability
It maintains and improves ankle, knee, hip and core stability
Strong feet and good reactive core awareness are two fundamental principals. Mastering them is key to long term gains and feeling strong 😄
