We like to think of our Miss Fit breaks as the equivalent of the man's golf trip....a little bit of fitness and a lot of fun. Our classes each day finish at lunch time, giving you the rest of the day to rest, relax, laugh and enjoy a cheeky prosecco or two!

What an incredible weekend! Thank you so much to everyone who came. So much laughter fun and 2 incredible walks! The weather was so good to us too. When you run a weekend like this for work and it feels more like a weekend away with your mates you know you’ve hit the jackpot ❤️. Thank you so much to my bestie Helen who plans and leads the walks and organised all the games - we all bloody love you. Can’t wait for the next one 🙌👏☀️🥾🍾🥂🩷xx
