For the 3rd week in a row we travel to Sunderland against another Farringdon side.
Brilliant start to the game with Freddie Roe opening the scoring in the 1st 10 minutes, assist by Nathan Bell
It didn't take long for West to go two up with Freddie netting again in the 13th minute, through ball from Theo Callaghan.
A clever run and sheer persistence Freddie Roe claimed he's 3rd and an hatrick in 25 minutes.

West carried on from where they left off
Oscar Booth made it 4-0 Cooly slotting into the bottom corner.
On 57 minutes Tyler Howe made it 5 and kept up he's good goalscoring record rifling he's shot into the roof of the net.
Freddie Roe rounding off a great performance causing Farringdon defence problems throughout scoring he's 4th of the match.
Nathan Bell gave West there 7th goal, who finally got on the scoresheet pouncing on a mistake from Farringdon keeper and keeping he's form of scoring in all games he's played this season.
To cap off a fine team performance our very own overseas player Jay Grant scored from the penalty spot.
