Vale Petanque Club The Vale Petanque Club, based at Wenvoe Playing Fields, offer to the Vale and surrounding areas - a place for social, league and competition play.

Sets of boules are available for the local community to come and try.

Over the weekend, the Vale Petanque Club Colin Ballett Open saw 28 teams come together to not only remember one of the founding members of what was the Penarth PC, but spend a day playing petanque and enjoying the social aspect of our sport.

Thank you to everyone that supported today's event. It was pleasing to see so many players from a number of different clubs participating. Also a big thank you to all the "helpers" that quietly get on with making the event run smoothly.
