Funded by Defra and Natural England, this project is helping to build a clearer picture of how these birds move, use the landscape, and survive after release—something that hasn’t been widely studied before.

We’re proud to support this important work locally, contributing to research that will help inform future management practices and improve understanding of gamebird ecology.
