- RESULT -

A massively hardworking game yesterday saw us pick up another huge 3 points at home to league leaders FXSU Ladies Football

In a very even game, both teams managed to create plenty of chances without finding the back of the net, with good saves from both keepers keeping the scores level. Eventually we managed to take the lead on the stroke of half time, scoring her first of the season with a long range effort that managed to decieve the FXSU goalkeeper on the bounce.

The second half continuted in the same end to end style as the first, with us and then FXSU both missing open nets, but scored her fourth of the season on the break to give us some breathing space. FXSU kept the pressure on for the remainder of the game, hitting the crossbar from the edge of the box towards the end. An incredible defensive performance from everyone continued until the final whistle to keep our clean sheet intact and extend our unbeaten run to 6 games.

Thank you to FXSU for a fantastic game and we wish you the best of luck for the rest of the season.

After getting back to winning ways with our 6-0 win on Sunday, we hope to keep the momentum as we try again to visit Troon Troonesses in the Masons Kings League Cup.

Today was the draw for the Cornwall Womens Cup sponsored by MH Goals and we have been drawn at home in the first round against FXSU Ladies Football

This game is to be played on October 22nd at Underlane where we look forward to meeting the FXSU ladies for the first time!

Thank you to all those involved in the club who have made our first ever time in the The Emirates FA Cup possible!
The draw for both the FA Cup and FA Vase take place this Friday, 7th July 2023.

- ANNOUNCEMENT -

Tuesday 27th and Thursday 29th June we will be holding our open training sessions and starting our preseason training.

Our sessions are open to anyone aged 16+ and we accept any level of experience. We are looking for more experienced players to help us to bring through our young squad but we are also looking for new players that want to get into the game.

If you fancy a new challenge or want to get into the game then come down and give us a go, what do you have to lose?

Tomorrow we visit ladies at Clijah Croft in a 2pm kick off.

We have already met Redruth earlier in the season where we came out 5-0 winners at home under the floodlights on a Friday night in a really interesting game. We're hoping for more of the same tomorrow!
