Thank you to the AMAZING 8 ladies that keep showing up week in, week out and absolutely smash every session! Even in this ridiculous heat you still give it your all and I will really miss teaching you when “Gem’s Boxing for Fitness” leaves Wendover and ventures out to Leighton Buzzard!!
