Waterfalls in Voss just hit different don’t they?

Imagine diving into the glorious turquoise pool with that fantastic waterfall rushing into it, just like did on a recent trip to Voss, Norway 🩵

Today’s plan: find a waterfall and private plunge pool in the middle of the woods, have a dip and reset ✨

Nothing brings a greater sense of calm than a cold water swim surrounded by nature, calming overthinking and spiralling head space. Just you, the water and the trees.

As enjoyed by who gets to dip in this gorgeous spot of sea everyday ~ and enjoy all the cold water good vibes and salty sea sunshine. Hooray for vitamin sea, cold water dipping and mermaids 🧜‍♀️

Hazy morning sunshine is back and we are so here for it! Love these snaps of enjoying a golden morning dip off West Hoe, Plymouth ✨

The sunrise swims get pretty early at this time of year but nothing beats the feeling of being up before the rest of the world, and starting your day with a swim. The quiet stillness you enjoy when you have the sea all to yourself.

You have to leave the well trodden path to find the best places to enjoy a swim. For this hidden gem in the Lake District you have to wade through water to get there, but once you do you’re rewarded with a secret waterfall and your own private plunge pool, surrounded by mossy rocks. A wonderful immersion deep into nature.

has been enjoying a stunning extended weekend in the Soča Valley, filled with cold water swims and hikes through the awesome scenery.

How good does the sun on your face feel whilst you’re enjoying a dip in the Cornish sea? Combing the joint powers of vitamin sea and D surely is the best boost for body and mind.

enjoys a sunny swim at Gribbin Head near Fowey, Cornwall with all the glorious spring sun after a run along the coastal trails. What a way to cool off, and get your cold water fix in 💪
