👉This is a family friendly gym where we welcome ages 14+ when accompanied with a guardian!

Exciting news! 💪

From September, I’ll officially be a fully qualified Gym Instructor at Fitness Factory Wem!

I’m looking forward to taking on this new role and helping members get even more out of their time in the gym. Whether you need advice, support, or a bit of motivation, I’ll be happy to help.

I’d also love to hear from you! Drop me a message or have a chat with me in the gym and let me know what types of sessions you’d like to see. Your feedback will help me create sessions that you’ll enjoy and benefit from.

I can’t wait to get started and see you all in September! 🙌

Countdown to christmas challenge 🧑‍🎄🎅
In the gym,we will be running a combined squat, bench, deadlift challenge however we will be working it out to your bodyweight, so the way to win will be to get a member of staff to watch your lift or you can record it to make sure we can count it them! We will add up your combined weight in kg and then work out the lifts to your bodyweight to see who has the most impressive total score.
