Countdown to christmas challenge 🧑‍🎄🎅
In the gym,we will be running a combined squat, bench, deadlift challenge however we will be working it out to your bodyweight, so the way to win will be to get a member of staff to watch your lift or you can record it to make sure we can count it them! We will add up your combined weight in kg and then work out the lifts to your bodyweight to see who has the most impressive total score. Good Luck, Merry Liftmas 🎅💪🏋️This begins Wednesday the 10th and ends on Friday the 19th!!
