Hear me out here…..real people with real lives and real problems don’t want a 22 yr old PT who doesn’t know anything they’ve not got from a book!
I can pretty much guarantee I’ve been there or helped someone who has.
For the record most trainers last 1-2 years in the industry…..I’m in my 10th…..because I get it.
I was late to the party but here I am at 48 doing well because I know how to help you get there!

Bit of an injury sustained yesterday, hoping not to be out for too long. Obviously had to cancel sessions for the rest of the week……but every single one of my clients offered their assistance……. I feel truly grateful to work with such a lovely bunch ♥️
My clients are better than yours…….fact!

Something I never wanted to do but sadly recent times are forcing my hand. Going forward I will be introducing a cancellation policy. Cancellation within 48hrs will now incur a 50% session fee, within 24hrs full payment will be required barring extenuating circumstances.
Again not something I wanted to do and I hope you all understand but at the end of the day this is my livelihood not just a hobby.
