🚀 We kicked off the week with our Annual Training Event!

Bringing our full sports team together from across Norfolk & Hertfordshire, the day was focused on learning, development, collaboration and celebration. 🤝

At the heart of the day was one powerful message:

💭 Reflect honestly. Learn deliberately. Leave ready to act. 🎯

We also kept sight of the reason behind the work we do every day:

“Every school has a child who has not yet found their way into an active life.”🫶🏼

Our programme covered a range of important areas, including:

📋 Important policy and procedural updates
🏃 Practical delivery workshops to strengthen and enhance our coaching
