We don’t know about you, but we LOVE a little bit of routine.

It really is the key to staying on track with your health and fitness. 👌🏼

Here’s how to stay on track ⬇️

• Plan your workouts ahead.
• Purchase a bulk buy and book in advance. You always have 24 hours to transfer if needed.
• Set your workout clothes out the night before so you are prepared or bring it to work for class straight after.
• Try and attend with a buddy so you keep each other accountable.

We always try our best to encourage you throughout class and aim to make our workouts FUN, FRIENDLY & FIERCE. 💪🏻

So if you have fallen out of routine, just start over. 😁
