I've never liked the 'breed' that are a mutation of guarding/fighting dogs. People saying "it's not the dog it's the owner" are wrong. This 'breed' is a natural killer by human design. Indeed they may remain placid for extensive periods, maybe for their entire life, but they have a trigger point which we humans cannot see and when it hits, they kill. If you own one and ignore the ban requirements, it's all on you.

Our original team United Simba, Storm Racing team. Today we took the old lads out ( Steve included 😆)
The boys are veterans now. Simba will be 14 years old, Storm will be 13 years old.

Raven our dinky grey girl is also approaching her 14th year

Our original team USSR, Storm and Simba, running in rec class this weekend with our lovely Sue Macnaughton. Our time with our dogs are so fleeting. In a blink of an eye, the youngster that they were, is replaced with a grey nozzle, cloudy eyes and ricky legs. Bit like myself and Steve!
However, we can learn a lot by them. Live in the moment, enjoy your time and do not look back

Luna and Ozzie. Back home after 18 miles of some seriously hilly weekend Trekking. I know he's knackered as he's usually very good at self grooming, we'll let it be tonight so he can rest. Being a passenger letting these dogs do their work is simply the best thing in the World. ❤️
