Such a privilege to spend this weekend training with Sifu Wing Cheung - Qigong Instructor Training, Level 3, Tai Chi Neigong. I’m proud to say I’ve passed my practical assessment. One more course and another assessment to go. I’m really looking forward to being able to share this special practice in the future. Qigong is a pathway of lifelong learning, and it’s a beautiful one. 🥰

Feeling incredibly privileged to have spent today with Sifu Wing Cheung learning the Yi Jin Jing. Looking forward to Tai Chi Neigong tomorrow. Such a beautiful practice. Always something new to learn. 🥰

It was a real privilege to be part of the Move 4 The Blue fundraiser today. So much fun and energy and we raised over £600. Thank you to everyone who came and a big thank you to Chiara Chatard who organised it all. What a wonderful way to spend a Sunday.
