MORE COACHING DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY MEAN MORE IMPROVEMENT.
If the programme is not built around what your fast bowler actually needs, more sessions can simply mean more of the same.
One bowler might need more speed.
Another might need better movement efficiency.
Another might need greater strength or power.
Another might need more control or better skill ex*****on.
