The Government has released new advice on physical exercise stating that any activity is better than none, and more is better still.

Advice like this is why our Act Now, Age Better campaign is so vital as we encourage you to start moving in the way that suits you best. Every small change can make a big difference when it comes to ageing.

It’s never too late to start exercising, and every minute counts. Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate intensity per week or at least 75 minutes of vigorous intensity per week, or a combination of both.

Everyone was looking forward to a lovely shady walk in the woods at Irchester Country Park this morning. Hats on, suncream applied and lots of drinks stops ensured that they all left happily too!
