Well.. what a bloody weekend💜

We decided to do testing on the Friday.. and well we just couldn’t put our finger on what we was doing wrong, we was getting tyre shake & running as slow as ever..
But after changing a gearbox, torque converter & many other things on the car..
It came to qualifying on Saturday.. where we ran 2 consistent 8.07 @ 155mph but it just wasn’t fast enough for Baylee💨
We put a 8.06 on the last qualifier, praying we could get higher up in the ladder, but we only went and ran a PB of 7.98🙈
Shocked, confused & very very happy, we knew we finally had a race car 💜
Elims Round 1, come round Sunday morning against Alan Didwell, we dialled a 7.96 just to play it safe, and we ran a 7.93 🫠which was a loss, but a loss we was extremely happy with.
We went home with 2 PBs in one weekend, and a very happy team.

Round 1 completed with a red light of course🫣
-0.024 off of the tree, with a massive wiggle just over half track.
Baylee came off it as it got out of a shape & ran a 9.244.
Well done to Bradley Didwell & good luck in the next runs🩵

Final Qualifier of the Weekend & Of course we break out…🥲
8.10 on a 8.11 dial in… but finally a green light on the tree, so some improvement for us 🤭🤣

What a crazy ride.. was a bit all over that place on that run but still managed to run a 8.18 on a 8.12 dial in…

But we’re slowly getting there…

We’re hoping for one more qualifier today which is scheduled for 18:20 tonight, so hopefully see you then🤞🏽
