We were delighted to welcome perpetuum_motorsport back to the grid at our recent Silverstone event, and having their team drivers Matty Haughton and Andrew Wheals participating in the F1000 race weekend. It was great to have them back racing with us, and we look forward to seeing them again soon!

🎉 Happy 30th Anniversary, Jedi Racing Cars! 🏁

This weekend we celebrated something pretty special 30 years of Jedi Racing Cars.

From the early days of the lightweight 600cc Jedi to the high-revving 1000cc machines we race today, the Jedi has built a remarkable place in British motorsport history.

The championship may have evolved over the years, from Formula 600, to Formula Jedi, and ultimately to F1000 but the heart of it has remained the same: lightweight, fast, competitive single-seater racing that gives drivers the chance to experience genuine slicks-and-wings racing without the huge budgets normally associated with it.

And that is why, 30 years on, the Jedi is still racing.

A huge Happy 30th Birthday to Jedi Racing Cars and everyone who has designed, built, raced, supported and believed in these incredible cars over the years.

Here’s to the next chapter. 🏎️💨

Picking himself up after damage in testing on Friday and a stellar job by the team getting a race worthy car ready for racing, Eric had the best race of his career so far. His first podium finish and fastest lap of the weekend! Fully deserving of our Logo Me Up Race Meeting Award 🏆
