Sarah is qualified to teach Zumba Fitness, Zumba Kids and Kids Junior, and STRONGNation, as well as Veraflow. She also holds a Level 2 Exercise to Music qualification. Sarah holds regular weekly Zumba Fitness, STRONG30 and Veraflow classes - see details on the page, or send a message! Zumba Fitness uses the fantastic concept that we're having so much fun we don't realise we're really working out or exercising!
