It’s race week, time for the biggest show of the year!

We needed to take some time to get over the disappointment from our weekend in Sweden. First round exit and not a decent pass the entire weekend was not the result we where hoping for.
We knew that it wasn’t going to be the best track, we just didn’t adopt so well to it. And we’re not sure we actually could adopt to a track in that condition.
It is good to see they are doing some maintenance now so let’s hope for better next year.

We did however had a great time with our team and we’re now ready and excited for what’s to come this weekend. We hope for some better results and good E.Ts - Hockenheim and NitrOlympX 🔥 We got a few goals this weekend and one of them is to reset the Pro Mod track record we set a few years ago!

What’s the average amount of hours needed to service the car between races?
We don’t know, but we’ll for sure be putting in some hours before the next one👊🏻

What we do know is that we got the motivation and the tools to make it work.
We are going to rebuild the car from the driveline to the front end and our tools from Sonic will be doing overtime the coming weeks.

As we are facing one of our biggest rebuild in a long time, it feels good to know we have high quality tools we can trust and that feels good in our hands.

We have the tools to work efficient, we got the motivation, time to build our race car back together!

It was suddenly a little quiet from our side. Guess we didn’t had much good news to share and honestly we were a bit down.

Our car put down the best numbers the first 3 qualifying rounds but in Q3 we lost oil pressure and 2 rods decided to exit.
The wheels locked up and that in combination with oil on the tires forced David to do some steering. He was up on the side, touched the top of the nose of the wall but kept it from rolling over.

Unfortunately we wrote of a complete engine, damage the front and broke some chassis tubes.

We’re making new plans, adjusting our schedule but we will be back!

This one hurts a bit.

We had the quickest car so far out of all runs and the car was performing really good.
In Q3 the oilpump gave up on us and resulting in 2 rods exiting the block.

When rods break at the end of the track you are at the highest rpm and it get quite violent and that in combination with oil on the tires is no fun.

David did a good job driving the car, he stopped it from rolling over but did kiss the wall slightly.

Not sure if t-shirt sales can cover the damage of an entire engine, nose and chassis tubes but we do have some with us for sale this weekend here at Santa Pod Raceway 🥲😂

We’ve taking everything a part, assessing the damage and we’ll have to adjust our schedule a bit but we will be back!

This week we are back at Santa Pod Raceway for the Summer Nationals.
It look like it’s going to be another hot race weekend 🔥

We are in between races back at home and the Hemi is getting some maintenance 🔧

We got one set of heads of, taken apart for service and ready to be put back together again.
We do got a little before our next race but there’s always plenty to do on a racecar but we got .equipment to get it all done!

At least working on a Hemi is always fun!

Main Event is about to kick off and we are ready!
