A Family Martial Arts School teaching all from age 4 to adults. We teach men and women of all ages. Our experienced team is led by, and train on a weekly basis with Chief Instructor Mr T Nicholson, former vice European ITF Taekwon-Do Champion, 2x ITF Bronze World medallist, 2x Holland Cup champion, Multiple British and English champion, current England team member and former England Team Captain.
At Wellingborough we offer our unique Mighty Monkeys program - an age specific class for ages 4-6 teaching all the skills your mighty monkey needs for full martial arts class. We follow these classes with ITF Taekwon-Do, delivered in a family friendly manner to all ages 7+. PROACTION Wellingborough is led by Miss Timms (5th Dan) and Mr Lawrie (1st Dan), both are very experienced Martial Artists with an extensive competition career. Miss Timms holds coaching qualifications in Taekwon-Do and Kickboxing, Mr Lawrie holds coaching qualifications in Taekwon-Do and their energy and enthusiasm for teaching is infectious making these classes great fun whilst being tough, educational and addictive!
