I started at 9.51 and took about an hour. I wanted to get done early as it's heating up already! ☀️

OHP a day early this week as I've got a busy day tomorrow.

I'd already done 2 hours of cardiac rehab aerobics classes this morning so I made sure my nutrition was on point pre workout.

It paid off as I got several PBs! 🫰🏻🏆

Overhead press: 60 kg 3x5 (PB)
Close-grip bench press: 71.2 kg 3x8 (PB)
Skull crushers: 8.1 kg each side 3x10
Single-hand dumbbell extensions supersets: 5 kg x 12,12,11,11,10,10 (PB)
