1.5 mile run complete in 9:40.
Happy with it as not done it for a while now to get down to my best at 8:30!
Setting a goal thats realistic is a good way to motivate yourself keep at it and you will achieve it!

If you feel that you have hit a plateau then change something in you workouts.
Little things like changing rest periods, rep ranges, grips of exercises or changing your style of training every week will help you overcome this and help maintain your motivation!
