Well rested after a week off and we’re back playing host to Langley Town Gold this Sunday. A tough opposition who’ve picked up some good results in recent weeks but we play our game and hopefully come away on top.

We also welcome all players, coaches and spectators to join us in a moments silence before kick off as we remember our fallen soldiers who fought for the country we have today on what is Remembrance Sunday

Hopes were high after a gritty first half display which could’ve seen us either 1 up or 1 down given the way it went, but after 0-0 at the break the game got scrappy and the first goal was going to be the game changer. Unfortunately for us Town got the break through and heads went, none more so than dick of the day who decided rugby was his chosen sport and eventually earned himself a red. Anyway, Falcons next week so we’ll hope to turn it around.

Much needed win to get us back on track after a couple of poor results. We started the game well and went two in front through some well executed counter attacking goals from Connor and Ed. Londonderry got back into the game before halftime and pulled one back from the penalty spot to make it 2-1 at the break. Second half was much improved and a goal from James made it 3-1 and settled the side. From then on it was one way traffic and a header from the birthday boy Kai put the game beyond doubt at 4-1. Young Dan rounded off the scoring to make it 5-1 with a tidy finish. Good all round performance from the boys and one to build on.

League action this week for Rangers as we travel to Londonderry. A big response needed to get back on track after our last two results.

Another loss and another dick of the day. Had he been playing for Bearwood he may have been MOTM with 2 assists but here we are. We’ll put this one behind us and look to get back to winning ways in the league next week.

A first taste of cup action and a look at newly promoted Division 1 side (making no excuses early) this weekend. A chance to bounce back from a poor result last week for the boys!

A determined performance to grind out a win today from a goal behind at the break. Fought for every ball and stuck together to the very end and deservedly come away with the 3 points.

Croft Rangers are looking for new talent all over the pitch for the upcoming 25-26 season. Playing in the Warley League with our division yet to be confirmed we’re looking to improve the squad for our 4th season together as a team.

We begin preseason training on Sunday 6th July and are looking forward to welcoming both the existing squad and any new recruits to the fold for the upcoming 25-26 season. All ages/ abilities welcome, if you have any questions leave a comment or message direct and we’ll come back to you.

Pre Season - Sunday 30th June - 10:30am

The Croft will begin pre season training next Sunday at Hydes Road Playing Fields. Anyone looking to join the boys for the 24/25 season or just looking for a few weeks of fitness are welcome to attend.
