We've got entries in for Skerries for July,
Wasn't sure about doing any more roads before classic TT, but it's a mega roadrace circuit and want to support the Irish road races, as its been a few years since Skerries ran a road race, we have entries for classic 1000cc race and supersport 400cc race, we have a fair bit of work to do on the 400, as it spun a big end bearing at pre TT and damaged the crank, even though I pulled in straight away,
We're also contemplating Armoy, but might be abit much with a newcomers weekend in between the two race weekends,

Clockin aaarrrttt on classic pre TT 2026,
Had a few issues with the usually mega reliable rvf400, only did Friday qualifying but still qualified for race but didn't want to risk losing an engine, but turned out to be a blessing in disguise,
Had 2 good races on our 500/4 and really enjoyed racing the old timer again,
Weather was fantastic and was great catching up with friends too,
Hopefully rvf400 issue isn't serious,
And soon back out on track,
The cruel side to our sport showed its ugly face on the last day of racing with the loss of a classic race legend Alan Oversby in the 400cc race, thoughts are with his family and friends at this sad time,
We're looking at Armoy and Skerries before the classic TT and hopefully a few short circuit races in between,

First race done and dusted tonight on the 500 classic in the 1100cc classic race, weather was great and had a good run out, came 11th overall and 4th in class, we have one more race for tomorrow, 500cc senior classic, although we missed today's qualifying for the 400cc race we've still qualified to race but the bike has a problem that I can't sort here in the paddock, which we're gutted about, hopefully have it sorted as soon as we get back home,
Fingers crossed for a good run tomorrow starting from the 6th row,

Last night's qualifying went OK, had a few issues with both bikes which hopefully after a late night/early morning we have sorted, weather has improved dramatically today, we're out in 3 qualifying sessions this afternoon 1100cc classic, 500cc senior classic and supersport 400 , then 1100cc race this evening 👍👍
