Just to add to that, Lee Mayson - thanks for all the help behind the scenes - a lot goes unnoticed including making up all the ringers names on Saturdays - so far we have had 75 ringers….jokes

I have to decided to step down running the team.

We have Been struggling for players all season and it’s frustrating trying to pull numbers every Saturday and cancelling games.

There’s a couple of people who would like to take the team going on for next season but will need some help so would love some people to help out. Please drop me a message as there’s loads to organise

There’s been over 10 teams that have folded jn our league this season which has been frustrating trying to get fixtures which hasn’t helped

I think it’s best to re-group for next season with some fresh faces running it. I’ve been doing for over 10 years so think it’s fair to let someone else have a crack.

Thanks for everyone’s support and help over the years and would love to keep the team going next season and for everyone to continue on playing.

Please keep the club going as would be a huge shame to lose football in the village.
