After a busy festive season, it’s time for our team to celebrate all of their hard work at our Christmas Staff Party this evening, so the venue, including the gym and Monty's, will be closing at 6pm.

Thank you for your understanding, we will reopen tomorrow morning as usual.

Our gym will be open as usual over the Christmas and New Year period, apart from:

Christmas Day: 10am – 6pm
New Year’s Eve: 8am – 6pm
New Year’s Day: CLOSED

As a reminder, normal opening hours for the gym are:

Sunday to Wednesday: 8am – 8pm
Thursday to Saturday: 8am – 10pm

We have some new posters up - the majority of our members are respectful of our gym and keep it tidy, but a little reminder for those who forget to put weights and equipment back after using them! 😉

At just £14 per month... Metropolitan Gym is the lowest cost gym in the local area... small but perfectly formed :)

Our New Peleton Spinning Bike is now almost ready to go… we’re just awaiting the new pedals!! They won’t be long 😜
If you’d like to use it, just click ‘I’m new to Peleton’ or if you’ve used one before then click ‘Log into my account’
There are temporary pedals on the bike for now. It’s just tricky to get your toes in!

🔥🔥WE ARE BACK🔥🔥

Monday 12th April we plan to open with a few safety restrictions implemented.

Opening hours:

8am - 6pm (7 days a week.)

We will be running a 6 people max in the gym on a first come first train basis with a maximum of 1 hour stay if we have members waiting.

All members will be required to wear masks around the building but optional once in the gym.

We request all members use the hand sanitiser provided and clean equipment after every use.

Please respect social distancing where possible when moving around the club.
