Awesome last session on Tuesday. It was great to see everyone putting on 100% effort and giving their all.

Great news for karateka as tonight we will be holding our first dojo session since the Covid lockdown.

Unfortunately the Watford club has had to move to a new dojo due to changes at the school so we are now located here:

St Saviours (church)
96 the Crescent,
Abbott’s Langley,
WD5 0DS

Classes:
18:30-19:00 - kids class
19:15-20:45 - 4 kyu & above

Remember we have new rules in place:
-must wear dojo appropriate shoes
-must wear you dogi (gi) to the dojo
-bring you're own equipment (kickshields/ focus pads/ water etc)
-bring your hand sanitizer
-be mindful of social distancing
