We help build confidence and encourage discipline. Our students learn a valuable life skill relative to today's modern environment.

A hearty congratulations to Alex who successfully graded to 1st Kyu Brown belt tonight in what can only described as a technically proficient and faultless grading executed with maximum aggression. A huge thank you also to Sempai Ben & Sempai Gabriel in their support and assistance throughout the grading.

A video from our recent club trip to Japan, myself, Matthew & Tony took a tour of Osaka, Kyoto, Miyajima, Okinawa to see our man in Japan, James and finished with an overnight in Tokyo.

Lots of Castles, Martial Arts and Sake not necessarily in that order
