It’s an old saying but very useful
It’s important..
you will know a certain amount of techniques
But you “have” less technical abilities

You may know 1000s of moves
You will hopefully understand a 1001
But you will only use a few….

As uncle Bruce once said
“knowing is not enough; we must apply. Willing is not enough; We must do”

Take your time to understand all the details in the movements, in the sequence, in the technique.

Be disciplined in the details !!
