APPEAL

All proceeds from next weeks PiYo class will be donated to this incredible cause - so brig along as many people as you can & its a new round - lets made a difference :) 💕🎉

I have never made a post like this on our FB page, but I need your help.

Signpost Counselling charity is in Severe financial difficulty – why is this relevant to you?
Without the amazing work this charity do KJ dance would NOT still be running – this charity helped me more than I will ever be able to repay them for and the basis of all the work I create and do with our amazing students has been as a result of the work I have done with myself through the help and guidance they gave me – emotional release and support is everything in our school and the importance of that was amplified for me over this last year because of Signpost.
As a school we already support Kids in Action charity with our merchandise, and from now on we will also be supporting Sign Post counselling charity in a range of ways. More information on upcoming events will be released soon, but if you could spare any thing to donate to this incredible charity please click the link below and make a donation!

Ali and I have just completed an 11 mile bike ride along the camel trail in Padstow - it might be different to our normal Monday PiYo work out but was absolutely beautiful!
What are you going to do tonight in place of our usual Monday evening PiYo session?
A nice strole? A gym session? A home workout? Let me know!

Important information!

Unfortunately I am going to have to cancel tonight’s PiYo session! 😭 one of my vertebrae in my neck was out of place, and on Saturday was corrected/ I hoped I would be better for today to at least verbally instruct you all. I had osteopathy and acupuncture this morning where a lot more work and manipulation was done and I have been put on rest and instructed NO physical exercise until at least the end of the week. I am so sorry to cancel so last minute!
I have created a small workout circuit that you could all do from home this eve if you don’t want to miss out and then you could follow my ‘Christmas’ flow video on our fb page for a gentle stretch and relax afterwards.

!!After warming up!!

10x Star jumps
10x wide leg squats
Hold the low squat at the end for 20seconds
10x burpees
REST AND WATER - then repeat circuit 1.

10x push ups
10x tricep dips (feet and hands on floor - hips up/ elbows bending back)
20x bicycle crunches
20x Russian twists (sitting in V shape rowing side to side)
30 sec plank hold (elbows or full arms/ your choice)
REST AND WATER then repeat circuit 2.

Either use the video to be a cool down, or do our own - you MUST lower the heart rate and gentle stretch the body after these circuits.

Wooooow what a great class - a lot of sweat and hard work - you guys always push harder and harder every class 🎉 proud of you all - I’ll be making the PiYo Whatsapp tomorrow - for those of you who were not at class today, if you want to be apart of the group Whatsapp please let me know and I will add you to it 💕 xx

It’s getting closer to the summer break for children and we all know that means a lot more craziness around - even for those with out littlies - sooooo come on down tonight to have some much needed you time - having a good sweat and laugh with our lovely PiYo peeps 🎉💪🏼
