We’re so excited to welcome Ceri and Jesse for a special introduction to Acro-Yoga workshop!

Saturday 20th June

Acro-Yoga is a partner-based practice (you are welcome to book on by yourself, with someone or as part of a group!) that combines yoga poses with acrobatic movements.

It is a playful sport with a strong emphasis on trust, communication and collaboration.

It offers an exciting opportunity to discover what your body can achieve when working in tandem with another, building strength, balance and flexibility.
In this workshops we will focus on the primary elements of acro-yoga and approach in a way that will help to inspire trust and confidence within yourself and those you work with.

No experience required, this is a workshop for everyone of all levels.

Taking it back to some amazing moments with our TT trainees almost exactly a year ago. From learning and growing together to celebrating special milestones - including birthdays for two of our wonderful trainees last year 🎂🥳 . These memories deserve another spotlight.
Here’s a little throwback filled with smiles, cakes!! ( lots of them ;-) ) teamwork, laughter, and unforgettable moments. ❤️

Have you ever imagined yourself on the other side of the room?

At Feel Hot Yoga, our community is everything - did you know that more than three quarters of our teaching team began exactly where you are now? They started as our students and later decided to train with us through our Feel Teacher Training and are now the friendly, familiar faces guiding your classes each week.

Every teacher in this photo has their own story, but they all share one thing in common: they took that step to go deeper.

Our Feel Teacher Training is about more than learning how to teach the asanas (but it’s definitely about that too!). It’s a chance to:

- Deepen your personal practice
- Build confidence and knowledge
- Connect with a supportive, like-minded community
- Open the door to teaching - if that’s where your journey leads.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just need curiosity, commitment, and a willingness to grow.

Because not long ago, many of our teachers were sitting exactly where you are now.
