‼️Just a reminder that numbers on a scale shouldn’t be the main thing you use to calculate progress ‼️
Picture to the left was December 2021 weighing 69kg
Picture on the right is March 2022 weighing 72kg
But I’ve still managed to slim down slightly and notice progress in my lifts including both strength and technique
