Outdoor Circuits Classes

Nothing like working out in the fresh open air 😁

Come give us a try next week, spaces still available. You will be made very welcome in our fun and friendly group.

All abilities catered for, every exercise has adaptations and modifications to suit everyone. Perfect if you are new to exercise, recovering from injury or coming back to fitness classes after a break.

Each circuit includes 10 exercises, and you move onto the next station after 40 seconds so lots of variety. Exercises involve dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, resistance bands, slam balls, battlerope, the outdoor gym equipment, bodyweight exercises and much more!

After completing two circuits of 10 exercises (with a drink break between!) we then do a Dumbbell Dancing routine together which is a fun cardio punching song!

We then do two more circuits of 10 exercises, before we do a mini band routine together and a well earned stretch and cool down.

There is also the option to do some partner boxing padwork instead of the circuits, many people alternate between circuit exercises and the boxing for a full body workout.

Our Fun Fitness sessions have a wide variety of exercises run as a circuit, so no chance of getting bored!

Tuesdays and Thursdays 6.30 - 7.30pm

Saturdays 11am to midday.

No prior experience required! All ages and levels of fitness welcome 😁

Fantastic turnout today for our Saturday morning session, with great efforts from everyone.

Looking forward to our sessions next week, we will be adapting for the warmer weather but still having our fun workouts in the sunshine!

I have completed this course on Mental Health Awareness for Sport and Physical Activity, and hope to be able to support those experiencing mental health struggles. I always feel exercise is equally good for your mental health as it is for your physical health, and many of our members comment how our sessions help boost their mood, cope with stress and simply having some 'switch off' time.
