Would you or someone you know be interested in doing a "Couch to 5K"? After our successful programme last year, we're aiming to start another during week beginning Sunday, March 30th.

Couch to 5K is a nine-week programme for beginner runners that we can help you complete through guided runs. The programme eases everyone in with "run-walk intervals" before gradually increasing the distance, building your stamina and fitness.

Our runs start and end at Clanfield Community Sports Centre on Sundays (9am), Wednesdays (6.30pm), and Fridays (9.30am).

Are you interested in doing a couch to 5k? Clanfield Joggers will be starting a programme on Wednesday 3rd April for 10 weeks. We will be meeting at Clanfield Community Sports Centre every Wednesday at 6.30pm. Interested? Please contact Brian Pope at [email protected].

We are all looking good forward to the 2022 Clanfield Challenge.
The race is on Sunday 15th May and we still have places available, however with over 600 runners signed up already, we suggest you enter in March to avoid disappointment.
We will have great luce music, hot and cold food plus a bar serving a great selection of drinks. Plus lots for the children.

We all look forward to seeing you, weather you are running, supporting or just having a great day out in South Lane Meadow in Clanfield.
