What a great finish to a pretty rubbish week for me! 😷🤒
So good to see you all again and so good to see you all compete!
Any type of Fran workout is always an interesting way to kick things off and it was all a great spectacle to watch!

Join us every Tuesday at 11:15am for a relaxed, supportive fitness class designed for mums and their little ones.
✨ Move your body
✨ Build strength and confidence
✨ Meet other local mums
✨ Enjoy a good chinwag

All abilities are welcome, whether you're returning to exercise after birth or simply looking for a friendly way to get moving.

💷 £8 per session

Babies are welcome in a sling/carrier, car seat, or on a blanket if they're happy on the floor.
Please note that pushchairs cannot be accommodated in the workout area.

Great turnout and as always real hard work!!

Longest programmed competition workouts to date= lots of sweaty angry faces looking over at me throughout.
Such an amazing atmosphere of cheering, celebrating and encouraging.

A lot of forward and backwards in a lot of workouts and some grenades thrown in there in the 4 part final workout 🥵🤢
Well done to all that took part and worked their butts off!

Really good atmosphere! Great lifting under high pressure and grit and determination to push the squat capacity to the limit 🔥

Such a fun day! Summer social featuring Grant the mechanical bull 🐂😎
Very impressed with so many people getting involved and giving it a go! Shout out to the winner Bowen! and who took to it like he's been doing it all his life! and .guile1 who shocked herself with a surprise podium finish!

Thank you to everyone for being such an amazing bunch. This community always pulls together to make events like this run amazingly and full of fun!
