10kg difference. Same person. Different life. 💛

The photo on the left was taken when I was at my lightest.

The photo on the right is me now, 10kg heavier.

For years, I believed being smaller meant being healthier, happier and more successful. The reality was very different. I was exhausted, constantly thinking about food, avoiding social situations and letting fitness take over my life.

Now, 10kg heavier, I have:

✨ More strength
✨ More energy
✨ Better recovery
✨ Better training performance
✨ Healthier hormones
✨ A healthier relationship with food
✨ More confidence
✨ More freedom

The biggest change isn’t my body. It’s my mindset.

The scales can tell you your weight, but they can’t tell you how strong, healthy or happy you are.
