An evening of gentle yoga, oracle cards, meditation and a sound bath with firelight all around you. Beneath the full moon at one of the most ancient and atmospheric sites in Hampshire.

Two hours completely yours.

It does not have to be every day. Just once a week is enough to start feeling the difference.

Classes every Monday across Denmead and Horndean. Drop in at £12.50 or block book for the term at £10 a session.

This is what a Monday looks like for me. School run followed by 9:30am yoga for busy people and then 10:45am Chair yoga in Denmead 𝚁𝚒𝚜𝚎 𝚆𝚎𝚕𝚕𝚗𝚎𝚜𝚜 𝙷𝚞𝚋 𝙳𝚎𝚗𝚖𝚎𝚊𝚍 followed by a dog walk and run Hoe Cross Fields and a quick laundry load and dip in the hot tub before the school run, business admin as well as my 6:30pm yoga class before settling the kids down for bed and to rest…..

Full Moon Flow is back at Butser Ancient Farm on Friday 25th September at 7pm.

Gather beneath the full moon at one of the most ancient and atmospheric sites in Hampshire. Gentle yoga, oracle cards, meditation and a sound bath with firelight all around you.

Not only were my feet in agony, they thought I had a heart condition. Each time I exercised it triggered migraines as my heart rate goes from love to off the scale with only gentle exercise. I have had mri’s, 24hr monitoring and nothing can be found. But yoga keeps me moving at a pace which helps me without aggravating g my other conditions
