Lydia joined us in the summer, and from day one she’s brought nothing but effort, energy, and heart to every Kidz Bootcamp session. She always gets stuck in, works brilliantly as part of a team, shows amazing resilience, and keeps getting stronger each week.

🎃 Halloween Fun Run! 🏃‍♀️👻

Instructed by Liam Plunkett and Marcie Mayhead, our Halloween Fun Run yesterday was a spook-tacular success!🎃

It was amazing to see everyone in their spooky outfits — families loved it, adults loved it, and we all enjoyed some games and tasty snacks afterwards. 🧁🍬
