✨CLASS SCHEDULE✨
With my summer evening sessions coming to an end, I thought it wise to have an up-to-date copy of my normal weekly class timetable on the grid!
Classes are running for most of summer but do check TeamUp, my booking system, as there are a few dates I’m not holding classes.
Below is a little reminder about what each class is…
💕WOW “Women’s Outdoor Workouts”:
This is my general women’s class suitable for all from complete beginners through to those wanting more of a challenge, and please note this is very much baby / toddler friendly. Although this isn’t a postnatal-specific class, most of you know I have 17 years experience working with women through their pregnancies and beyond, so you’re in very safe hands. I provide multiple options for each exercise and we have a lovely group of women, where you’re encouraged to work at your pace and not take yourself too seriously 😜 The format varies from week to week but expect circuits, HIIT, some cardio and lots of fun. We use a variety of resistance equipment as well as bodyweight exercises.
Thursday mornings at Cottenham Rec, after school drop off. Newbies always welcome.
💕SUNRISE:
Similar to the above but on Zoom for those who like to workout at home, and is always recorded if you prefer to train at a different time or day.
💕BARRE:
A ballet-inspired, low impact conditioning class, set to music. Don’t be fooled though - this is a tough, sweaty session with some serious bum burn!
The first Friday of the month is a “Pot Luck” class. The class description will be updated on the booking system so you know what you are signing up for!
e.g. Sept 5th is legs, bums & tums. The remainder of each month will be barre as usual.
