The countdown to the new season is on! 💪🔥

Join us as we kick off our pre-season programme with fitness, conditioning, gym sessions, and rugby training designed to get us ready for league action this October.

📅 Key Dates:
✅ Fitness Bootcamp: 3 June – 15 July with
✅ Gym Sessions Start: 15 June
✅ Pre-Season Training Begins: 29 July
🎭 Carnival Float: 20 June
✈️ Women’s Rugby Tour: 3–5 July

From reintroduction sessions and fitness building, through to match preparation and pre-season fixtures, we’ve got a big few months ahead as we prepare.

🏉 First league game: Saturday 12 September

We’re proud to have so many familiar faces returning, bringing the same passion, energy and commitment that makes our club so special. 💛❤️

This is a special one… Jacob Harris is HOME ❤️💛

We are absolutely delighted to welcome Jacob back to Old Saltleians RFC for the 2026/27 season — a player with Salts in his blood and a huge future ahead.

Returning to where it all began, Jacob follows in the footsteps of his dad and club legend Peter Harris, bringing with him serious quality after standout performances for Stourport College 1st XV and on the national stage at Rosslyn Park 7s.
