Dropset concentrating on the bicep muscle do 2 sets of 8 for the 3rd set you drop the weight without a rest trying to get to 8 reps each set. Give it a go.

A little circuit i set up this morning.. 4 exercise's, 4 rounds, 30 seconds each exercise, 30 second rest between each set. HITT training is good for burning fat, cardiovascular fitness and attacks different areas of the body.
