We have some new babies and parents joining us and the Pillow Hold will be introduced to them today as it promotes eye contact, provide the opportunity for calm which produces the perfect environment to become water orientated (for both parent and baby!)

We are constantly learning about children’s and babies development and needs and tonight we will be joining Aqua Sensory to learn all about the multi-sensory environment of the water and pool and how we can help our youngest members (and their families) to regulate their nervous system.

As we come to the end of term, I always like to take a moment to reflect on the incredible progress our young swimmers have made—and continue to make. 💙🏊‍♀️

This amazing little swimmer is just 3 years old and has almost mastered not only swimming independently but also breaststroke! Watching her confidence, determination, and skills grow week after week has been an absolute joy.

Every child progresses at their own pace, and it’s so rewarding to see their hard work, perseverance, and enjoyment in the water paying off. Moments like these are exactly why I love what I do.

I couldn’t be prouder of all of our swimmers this term. Have a wonderful summer, and I can’t wait to see what everyone achieves next term! 🌊✨
