Otters Swim School At Otters we focus on teaching the basics well so that a good stroke technique can be achieved.

We follow the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme that is a world leading syllabus helping children and adults learn how to swim.

Swimming lessons will resume again from today, we have just had confirmation that it is open.

❌ POOL CLOSURE ❌

I’m afraid we have been notified from the school that they have closed the pool for urgent repairs.

Unfortunately there will be no swimming tomorrow night, hopefully all we be ok for next week. I will keep you all updated.

I’ve just received an email to say the pool is closed due to an incident.

Should be back open Wednesday🏊🏼‍♀️🦦

SWIMMING IS BACK🏊🏼‍♀️

We’ve just received confirmation that the pool has been fixed and is back open today.
Swimming will go ahead tonight, and I’ll message you all individually to let you know.

No Swimming Next Week!

We hope you all had a lovely Easter and didn’t eat too much chocolate. Unfortunately, the pool still isn’t ready for us to return to lessons next week.

As we approach the final week of swimming, I want to take a moment to say a big thank you for all the patience and support you’ve shown us this term.
We hope you all have a wonderful Easter half term and enjoy plenty of chocolate 🍫

Working full time, having children, juggling commitments — and running swimming lessons on top of it all — isn’t always easy, but we do it because we care deeply about the children and love seeing them progress.

I also want to apologise for being slower than usual in replying to messages. I’ve been unwell and unable to keep up with everything, so if you’ve contacted me recently about swimming lessons, please do send me another nudge. I’m catching up as quickly as I can and will respond as soon as possible.

Invoices for next term can’t be sent out just yet, as the pool is closed over half term for repairs and plans are still being finalised. I’ll keep you all updated.
