Ladies, it's been an extremely hot one in the gym today, and temperatures are rising! π₯
Please remember to stay hydrated before, during and after your workouts π§
Bringing a water bottle to every session is one of the simplest ways to help your body perform at it's best, maintain energy levels and recover properly in the heat.
A few quick tips;
π Drink water throughout the day, not just during your workout.
π Bring a full bottle of water and a towel with you to the gym.
π Take extra breaks if you need them.
π Listen to your body and DON'T push through dizziness or feeling unwell.
