A quick reminder that our normal Monday karate classes are back on tomorrow 11th May at 6.00 p.m in St Andrews Methodist Church hall, Concord, Washington.
All welcome from 6-60+!
Wh not come along and give it a try - first lesson is free.

We are a karate school catering for people of every level of experience including beginner's. Any aged 6 to 60 ( and older) is welcome.
We are based in St Andrews Methodist Church, Vermont, Washington NE37 2AX at 6.00 p.m on Monday.
All our instructors are registered with a national supporting organisation (CMAA) and the club is recognised by Sport England for safeguarding and is a CMAA Centre of Excellence.
The first session is free and you only pay for classes you attend.
