In fairness, BMI can be used in some scenarios, but it definitely isnt the most optimal way of measuring health

There are many many many health risks associated with high body fat %, even for some people with low bmi.

And on the other side of the coin, a healthy bodybuilder type with high muscle mass and low body fat % may be termed 'overweight'

Body Compisition takes Muscle Mass, Bone Mass, Water Mass, Fat Mass and other tissues into account

It can be simplified to muscle vs body fat mass, im not telling everyone to find out how much their skeletons weigh.

Two good, easy and efficient way everyone can do are skinfold calipers (around £10 from amazon) or even circumference measurements (waist, arms, hips, thighs)

Weight and height dont always give a clear outline on health

-SURRENDER-
When we give up on a task we set out to do, a part of us dies.

The spark that gave us the motivation to set out on the task.

The part of us that wanted to succeed.

The self belief that we can accomplish anything we set our minds too.

Weigh In Wednesday ⚖️

Weight - 75kg
Body Fat % - 9.5%
Fat Free Mass - 68.9kg

Finally got below 10% although not by the end of last month as originally set out. Only 1 week after so I’m still pretty chuffed.

Going to ease off the cut the next couple weeks into a maintenance so I may lose a little more fat the next but not much more, then I’m onto a bulk!
