19 weeks pregnant & yes my body is changing a lot 🤰BUT the benefits of exercising whilst pregnant keeps me motivated 🧠 :
* prevent excess weight gain ✔️
*help you sleep better ✔️
*reduces backache, constipation, bloating & swelling ✔️
