Open Sweat is back 🤠

Once a month we open our doors a little wider, and this Saturday we’re going full country.

You voted for the theme (as always) and with Coachella season doing its thing and country having a moment right now… we are very ready for this one.

We’ll bring the workout, the playlist and the energy. The only thing we couldn’t organise (sadly) is Riley Green. If anyone has his number please forward immediately, asking for a friend.

Meet our amazing member Karen…

Karen is taking part in the Parkinsons 50 for 50.
Running 50 miles in 50 days!

Karen is working on her strength in the gym and closely with her coach, Jill, to ensure all things off the floor, like nutrition, hydration and recovery, are on point.

Not forgetting a new pair of trainers ALWAYS makes things easier, am I right, gals?
